Hi, I'm Tatiana Tsoir and I love accounting. It's a great profession for someone who wants to do life on their own terms. There are no emergencies, no specific face-time and lots of flexibility. And the best part is that there is a huge shortage of quality advisors.

75% of today's AICPA members are over the age of retirement. Meanwhile, there was 33% drop in initial CPA applications from 2016 to 2021. So there is massive exodus, continued commoditization and automation using AI. But given how many accountants today still use excel, paper and desktop (vs cloud) solutions, we are still decades away from an ai-takover.

Many see the state of the profession as a challenge but we at Linza see as an opportunity. It's an opportunity to re-imagined the profession with in-service of client approach, better processes, procedures and talent recruitment method that works.

There are two pathways for this program:

1- You have an accounting degree and are tired of the burnout and toxic culture and/or want to be flexible for your family. This is a more express way to get into being your own boss and grow your practice.

2- You are a career switcher or a first gen immigrant or a mom looking for a meaningful profession and business that gives you flexibility, fairly quick entry and solid income. This option includes training to bring you up to speed so you can get going fast.

Over the last 20 years we've built a great business. It's great because we provide a service that most accountants are too lazy or too buzy or too ego-centric to provide. We provide solid advisory the clients crave along with the essential compliance they need.
